Yes. We operate strictly within scope.

1. Esthetics: All skin-care services are performed by a Florida-licensed esthetician, within the state esthetics scope (facials, peels, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, LED). No needles, no surgery, no medical lasers.
2. Personal Training: Fitness support is led by a certified personal trainer—form, activation, and low-impact movement. Not physical therapy or medical rehab.
3. Health Coaching: Lifestyle and habit support from a certified integrative health coach—non-medical, educational guidance only.
4. We don’t diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and we never prescribe. If something is outside our scope, we’ll refer you to the appropriate licensed healthcare professional. Cosmetic, non-surgical services; informational only. Results vary.

Radiofrequency (RF) is an aesthetic, non-ablative, non-surgical service that gently warms the skin’s surface to support a smoother, firmer-looking appearance. We keep settings comfortable and within Florida’s licensed esthetics scope.

Aesthetic Vacuum (Surface-Level Suction)

A gentle, surface-level suction service used in aesthetics to support the temporary appearance of smoother-looking skin and a relaxing feel. We keep intensity comfortable and within Florida’s licensed esthetics scope.

Power Plate® is a whole-body vibration platform used in short, guided sets (about 10–15 minutes), led with simple, accessible movements. Sessions stay comfortable at low-to-moderate settings to help activate muscles, support balance and circulation, and complement your routine or body-contouring plan. Non-medical; not physical therapy.

InBody® 570 body composition scan — a quick, non-invasive bioimpedance assessment that reports muscle, fat, and water balance to help you track changes over time. For informational wellness only—not a medical test, evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary.

Is there downtime?

Typically no. Most clients resume normal activities right away. Some services can leave mild, temporary warmth, pinkness, or light suction marks that fade quickly. Cosmetic, non-surgical; results vary.

Does it hurt?

Treatments are designed to be gentle and comfortable. You may feel warmth, vibration, or light suction. We adjust settings to your comfort—tell us anytime and we’ll dial it back or switch approaches. No needles, no surgery, no medical lasers.

All skin-care services are performed by a Florida-licensed esthetician (Florida-licensed Facial Specialist), within the state esthetics scope, in our professional, private suite. Facials for clients under 18 may be provided with a parent or guardian present. Body sculpting services are not available for minors.

Our pricing is always transparent and listed on Vagaro. Packages often provide more value compared to single sessions. A small booking deposit may apply, which is fully credited toward your service.

It varies based on your goals and consistency. Many body clients choose a package of 6–12 sessions, often scheduled 2–3 times per week. Facial clients typically visit once a month for maintenance.

For best comfort and results, we suggest:

1. Stay well-hydrated (around 2 liters of water the day before and the day of).
2. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours.
3. Arrive with clean skin—no heavy lotions or oils.
4. Shave the treatment area in advance if needed.

2. Keep active with light movement, such as a short walk.
3. Skip very hot baths and saunas for the first 24 hours.
4. After peels: use SPF, keep your skin moisturized, and avoid picking or exfoliating until it’s safe to do so again.
